Return Policy

You have the opportunity to return the products you have selected within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of receipt, if you change your mind, the choice does not meet your expectations or the product is defective. After receiving the product, you have by law the right to withdraw unjustifiably withinfourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs other than return costs. After we check the return request we will send you a confirmation E-mail. The product must be returned to dieseltechcenter-eshop.gr within seven (7) days from the day on which you notified the company of your intention to withdraw, accompanied by the purchase receipt. After receiving the product, we assess its condition and judge if there can be a refund. In order for us to return the money for the returned products, they must be in their original condition. This presupposes that the original packaging as well as the labels and labels are in their original condition. We would ask the products to be in a separate package for their protection during transport to us. Also, products that are used or manufactured in accordance with the specifications that you set or in the case of personalized products are not returned. In case of purchase by debit or credit card or PayPal, we will credit your debit or credit card or PayPal account with the value of the products and the delivery costs as soon as they are received and approved. The company can also choose whether the refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account. Exceptionally, the delivery costs are not refundable, if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by dieseltechcenter-eshop.gr. After we have received the product and after we have made the credit we will send you another confirmation E-mail. In cases of purchase of cash on delivery products, the refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account. Therefore we would ask you to inform us via email (info@dieseltechcenter-eshop.gr) about your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary as mentioned in the booklet. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person who appears on the purchase receipt for the product you have returned to us. The amount we will return to you will not include the possible return costs, unless the return of the product is due to the fault of dieseltechcenter-eshop.gr. If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us and we will arrange immediate replacement of the product, with absolutely no charge on shipping costs. After accepting the product you will be refunded in the ways mentioned above, including shipping costs and we will arrange the return of the defective product. Occasionally there may be a delay in crediting your debit or credit card which may be due to the bank. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 14 days.
